With the double spreading system, you can quickly spread dry and free-flowing spreading materials on your products. The special feature of this spreader: Depending on the setting of the spreader, you can spread in combination or individually. The mobile spreader can be used flexibly due to steering-braking rollers. By continuously adjusting the spreading quantity and the spreading pattern, you can individually influence the result of your products – for more flexibility during the finishing process.

Spreading system with automatic start-stop system

Precise spreading from the beginning to the end of the product - an integrated sensor detects the product or baking tray and optimally starts and stops the spreading process. The advantage is that there is hardly any spreading loss and only minimal cleaning is required. An external start signal can be integrated as an option.

Spreading system with simple operation

The spread rate as well as the spread pattern are uncomplicatedly and quickly adjustable via a digital potentiometer, for an even craftsmanship result.

Hygienic design

The double spreader is designed to be easily and quickly disassembled for cleaning without tools.

Optional: profiled spreading rollers

To guarantee optimum processing of different spreading materials, there are rollers with different profiles. The second spreading head can be exchanged for processing other spreading materials.
