The proven cake cutting machines of the KSSM series precisely cut various sheet cakes into equally sized pieces. Clean cut edges due to our KR-Duo knife system guarantee a consistent quality of the cake pieces. Depending on the selected automation level of the machine, the cutting parameters are stored and can be called up at any time via the clear recipe management.

Degree of automation selectable
Depending on the desired design, the KSSM cutting machines are available in three automation levels: manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic version.
Individual piece size
The desired piece size is set individually by sliding knives with a grid system. The KR-Duo knife system can be quickly and flexibly adjusted to the respective size. Depending on the degree of automation of the machine, the knives are adjusted either manually or automatically.
Hygienic design
The cleaning of the cake cutting machines is quick and hygienic. The knives are simply removed from the machine for cleaning by means of a click adapter.
one machine - two cutting levels
In the manual and semi-automatic versions of the cake cutting machine, the cutting levels are one above the other. The sheets must be changed between the levels by hand. In the fully automatic version
small to large sheet cakes
All machines of the KSSM series are suitable for products up to max. 55 mm height. Depending on the design of the respective cutting machine, sheet sizes from 600 x 100 mm to 600 x 800 mm can be realized.
Optional: Knife cleaning system
Depending on the design of the cutter, a splash water cleaning system for the knives can be selected as an option.
