The USS roller spreading system ensures fast and uniform application of free-flowing, dry spreading materials such as granulated sugar, sesame seeds, coconut flakes, and many more. Interchangeable spreading rollers ensure optimal processing of different spreading materials. The spreading quantity and the spreading pattern are infinitely variable. Universal Spreader

Expandable with interchangeable rollers, different spreading materials can be processed, from powdered sugar to granules and grains.

Roller sprinkling system with automatic start-stop system

Precise spreading from the beginning to the end of the product - an integrated sensor detects the product or baking tray and optimally starts and stops the spreading process. The advantage is that there is hardly any spreading loss and only minimal cleaning is required. An external start signal can be integrated as an option.

Optional: profiled spreader rollers

In order to guarantee optimal processing of different spreading materials, there are rollers with different profiles.

The spread rate as well as the spread pattern can be easily and quickly adjusted via a digital potentiometer.

Can be integrated into cake line

The mobile and narrow design of the roller spreading system favors its use in a production line. The spreader is easy to move and can therefore be used anywhere in production.

Optional: with or without conveyor belt

The USS roller spreader is designed as a single machine equipped with its own conveyor belt. If the spreader is intended to be used in a production line, the machine is offered without a conveyor belt.
